Where do I enter my promo code online?
There are two places to enter a promo code when placing your online order:
1. There is a place to “Enter Coupon Code” and apply in the shopping cart.
2. At the checkout window, on the right hand side under “Order Summary”, you may select “Promo/Gift Certificate” and a window will drop down to enter the promo.
What are my payment options?
We accept American Express, VISA, and MasterCard. Payment by invoice/check is available; however, in order to qualify for N30 terms, you must establish an account. To set-up a business account, please call us 1-800-858-9395 or choose “Create an Account” on our website either prior to or at check out. If ordering online, you will be able to choose “Bill Me” when placing your order(s) only after you create an online account.
Can I be invoiced/continue to be invoiced?
Yes, under the Billing tab at checkout there is a selection of “Credit Card” or “Bill Me”. If selecting “Bill Me”, please be sure to check the box beside “Yes, I agree with the terms and conditions” to complete the order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Can I receive my order faster than ground shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping service via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air are available at their corresponding UPS rates. If you need expedited shipping, please call us at 1-800-858-9395; we are only able to process expedited shipping via phone at this time. These options will be available on the website shortly.
Will I receive an order confirmation after I place my order?
All online orders will receive automated email updates for all order placement and status changes. Orders placed via email will always receive an order confirmation. Orders placed via phone or fax will receive order confirmations upon request.
