I want to change my bag artwork. What do I have to do? Is there a charge for artwork changes?
There is no additional charge for artwork changes. If placing an order online and changing the artwork, you may upload the new artwork within the product page under “Upload File”. If calling/emailing/faxing in an order, you can send all artwork to Orders@MarketHATCH.com and also include the order quantity. Once we have placed the order, our artwork department will send a proof for your approval before printing.
If I need to change my post-op kit logo artwork, will I receive a proof?
For any changes in artwork, please upload the new logo underneath the given product where is says “Upload File”. We accept bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, jpe, jif, jfif, jfi, png, wbmp, xbm, and tiff files. If a file is uploaded, we will automatically send a proof of the artwork to the account’s email. We require written approval prior to printing.
I need to order RX pads, and I do not see them on the website. How do I order these?

I need to order my free Patient Sheets that come with my post-op kit order. How do I do this?
After adding your post-op kits to your shopping cart, please proceed to checkout. Once at checkout, you will see an “Order Comments” section under the “Shipping Information”. Under “Order Comments”, enter both the MH Eye Care patient sheet reorder number(s) and quantity. Please note the number of free sheets must equate the number of post-op kits ordered. For example, 50 kits equates to 50 free patient sheets.
I want a customized kit that is different from the standard kits you have featured online, what should I do?
All of our kit components are available for individual purchase. You may choose from our custom bags and then select the individual components found under eye supplies. If you would like the bag and components kitted, please write “kitted” in the “Order Comments” section of the checkout, and we will pack the kits out for you. Also, please call us at 1-800-858-9395, and we can walk you through the customized kit process.
